Licensing: Our WordPress Themes and Plugins are licensed under the GPL. Your purchase grants you a license key for support and updates based on the plan you chose.
Service Delivery: For custom web development (Figma to HTML/WordPress), timelines and deliverables will be agreed upon in the project proposal.
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. (Ye bold text Paddle ke liye lazmi hai).
Support: We provide 12 months of support for all premium products. Support is limited to our code and does not cover 3rd party conflicts.
